If you’re here because something feels heavy, or you’ve been managing for a long time on your own, counselling can offer a different kind of space.

I work particularly with anxiety and with the experience of not quite feeling at home in yourself, in your role, or in the place you find yourself living.

Many of the people I support feel under sustained pressure while quietly carrying a sense of difference or displacement. This may include those who have moved countries, live between cultures, or are balancing demanding responsibilities in education or caring roles.

I offer confidential online counselling in a calm and considered setting. Our work begins where you are and moves at a pace that feels manageable. There is no set agenda and no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about.

You might find my way of working helpful if you are:

  • living with ongoing anxiety or constant pressure

  • feeling different, out of place, or unsure where you belong

  • adjusting to life in a new country or between cultures

  • balancing study alongside other responsibilities

  • feeling stretched by caring or family demands

  • struggling with self doubt or not feeling good enough

  • adjusting to change, including experiences of loss

  • feeling worn down but unsure whether things feel “bad enough” to seek help
